Enjoy 4 days of fitness and pampering just a stone's throw from Grignan, one of France's most beautiful villages, where you can enjoy the warmth of the south in a beautiful Drôme Provençale farmhouse.
On the program: Pilates sessions to tone the figure,Yoga to manage stress, and detox plant-based food to purify the body.
To explore the surrounding area, you can rent bicycles (electric or otherwise), and your hosts will be delighted to recommend some lovely walks from the Mas.
Relaxing massages are available (optional); we will provide registrants with the masseuse's contact details.
Your detox, healthy, vegetarian, gluten-free and gourmet meals will be prepared with love and expertise by Vio Gibert (except for the May 17th to 20th date).

This course is open to all, beginners and/or advanced practitioners.

Day 1
16:00-17:00 Arrival. Welcoming the participants, tour of the premises and settling down in rooms
18:00 Pilates session (1h) followed by gentle yoga to release tension and start the weekend (1h)
20:00 Dinner
Day 2
09:30 Mobility session (30 minutes) followed by a Pilates Booty (lower body focus 1h)
12:00 Brunch
Free time
17:00 Yoga class (focused on torsions/ detox 2h)
19:30 Dinner
Day 3
09:30 Breathing & Meditation (30 minutes) and Pilates Abs (abdominal strap focus 1h)
12:00 Brunch
Free time
17:00 Yoga class (heart-opening 2h)
19:30 Dinner
12:00 Brunch and closing of the weekend
Practical information
Arrival on the afternoon of the first day, departure on the afternoon of the last day (depending on your train schedule).
The exact address will be communicated to registrants.
By train from Paris: Montélimar train station, then shared cab, carpool or bus to Grignan (see bus timetable).
Ideally, you should arrive in Montélimar around 2 or 3 pm on the first day and leave around 2 pm, after brunch on the last day.

Bathroom linen, including a shower sheet and a small towel, as well as organic shower gel/shampoo, are provided on site.
Make sure to bring :
- Beach towel and swimsuit for the pool (the water will be refreshing)
- Slippers for greater comfort in common areas
- Walking shoes, warm clothing and a raincoat just in case
- Your toiletries (soap, shampoo, etc.)

- 590€ per person in a triple room/dormitory (the dormitory consists of a triple room and a separate double room), with bathroom shared with another room - women only
- 630€ in a double room with shared bathroom
