Your detox, healthy, vegetarian, gluten-free, and gourmet meals will be lovingly and expertly prepared by our chef! It's the perfect opportunity to discover local cuisine and enjoy delicious seasonal dishes.
This course is open to everyone, whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner. The fact that the Pilates course takes place in small groups allows the instructor to work with you individually and offer exercises tailored to your level.
Where does this Pilates course take place ?
The Pilates weekend takes place in a beautiful 18th-century farmhouse nestled in Drôme Provençale, near Grignan. Surrounded by lavender fields and truffle oaks, this peaceful haven features comfortable rooms, a large swimming pool, inviting common areas, and beautiful gardens.
Grignan, ranked among the most beautiful villages in France, captivates visitors with its charming medieval castle. A stroll along its ramparts offers breathtaking views of the lavender fields.
Also enjoy the region's rich culture and gastronomy: taste its famous truffles and AOC wines, and explore its hilltop villages steeped in history. Your hosts will be happy to recommend superb hiking or cycling trails starting from the farmhouse.
Immersed in nature, let yourself be enchanted by landscapes that change with the seasons, both splendid and invigorating.

Detailed program
Day 1
🛄 4 p.m.: Welcome, tour of the premises and installation in the rooms
🪷 6 p.m.: Pilates session followed by gentle yoga to release tension and start the weekend gently
🍽️ 8:00 p.m : Detox dinner
Day 2 and 3
🪷 9 a.m.: Pilates session to gently wake you up
🥗 12:00 p.m : Brunch detox
🍃 Free time to explore the surroundings or enjoy the facilities of the venue
🧘 5 p.m.: Yoga class to end the day in peace
🍽️ 7:00 p.m : Dinner detox
Day 4
🪷 9 a.m.: Pilates followed by stretching
🥗 12 p.m.: Detox brunch and closing of the Pilates and yoga weekend
The program is subject to change. With the agreement of the group and the instructor, classes may be slightly adapted to accommodate as many participants as possible (session times, programs, etc.).

Practical information
First of all, please note that arrival is in the afternoon of the first day and departure in the afternoon of the last day (depending on your train schedule). Once registered, our team will provide you with the exact address of the farmhouse.
To arrive by train from Paris: Montélimar train station, then shared taxi, carpooling or bus to Grignan (see bus timetables).
The ideal is to arrive in Montélimar around 2 p.m. or 3 p.m. on the first day and leave around 2 p.m., after brunch on the last day.
If you need a taxi to get to the Pilates weekend location, you can book your ride with:

Equipment to bring for this Pilates course
Your hosts will provide you with basic amenities, but there are some items you should remember to bring.
What is provided :
- 🚿 Bathroom linen including a shower sheet and a small hand towel
- 🧼 Organic shower gel/shampoo
- 🧘 Equipment for activities (yoga mat and brick only)
What to bring :
- 🩱 Beach towel and swimsuit for the pool
- 🩴 Slippers for more comfort in common areas
- 🥾 Walking shoes for walks
- 🧥 Warm clothes and a raincoat just in case
Pilates & Yoga Weekend Rates
The Early Bird rates listed below are valid up to 2 months before the start date of the course. After this date, standard rates will apply.
Early Bird rates :
- 660€ per person in a double room with shared bathroom
- 680€ per person in a double room with private bathroom
- 910€ per person in a single room
Standard rates :
- 730€ per person in a double room with shared bathroom
- 760€ per person in a double room with private bathroom
- 1,010€ per person in a single room
Price includes :
- 🏡 Accommodation for 3 nights
- 🍴 Detox meals (mainly vegetarian) with half-board (brunch and dinner)
- 🧘♀️ Pilates and yoga sessions
The price does not include :
- 🚐 Transportation to get to the Pilates weekend
- Cancellation insurance
If you wish to take out cancellation insurance or equivalent, please do not hesitate to ask us for the documentation when you register for the Pilates France weekend.
