All information in this announcement applies to both Pilates & Yoga and Kundalini & Yin Yoga dates. The only difference between these three wellness retreats is the program.

The Pilates or yoga retreat's place
This wellness retreat takes place at Villa Ajania, a wonderful seaside residence, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. The villa is located in Conca Verde and offers stunning views of the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.
At the villa, you can relax in the garden filled with Mediterranean plants and sculpted rocks. This place will undoubtedly surprise you with its sensitivity and harmony, as well as its botanical and mosaic features.
Villa Ajania is an original building constructed around a green patio.
These galleries provide access to four separate bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms. A fourth bathroom completes the ensemble, as well as a living room including a fitted open-plan kitchen and a spacious lounge.
At the heart of the patio, a round table sheltered from the wind invites conviviality, accompanied by an outdoor shower and a staircase leading to the large panoramic terrace. This space also houses a new outdoor kitchen, an al fresco dining table, and a nuraghe, serving as a barbecue, pizza oven, and gazebo.
Please note that this villa is located in a very pretty, but rather isolated, residential area. The nearest shops are located in the village of Porto Pozzo, 4 km away. There, you will find shops, a pharmacy, newsagents, etc. It is possible to get there by bus.
The program of our 3 wellness retreats
Three types of courses are offered at Villa Ajania: one focused on Pilates and yoga, another dedicated to Kundalini yoga, Yin yoga, and meditation, and a final one focused on Vinyasa yoga, Yin yoga, and pranayama. It's up to you to choose the practices that suit you best!
The Pilates and Yoga retreat

Pilates is an ideal method for improving your flexibility and strengthening your posture. Through precise movements combined with controlled breathing, it helps you release tension, reduce stress, and cultivate a deep inner serenity.
To enrich your experience, this program also includes meditation and breathing exercises, providing you with optimal relaxation throughout this wellness retreat.
You'll also enjoy a physical yoga practice, alternating between standing and seated postures, combining strength and flexibility, while remaining in tune with your body. A wonderful opportunity to discover or deepen your sports practice in a calming atmosphere.

Yoga Kundalini and Yin retreat
Patricia invites you to an immersive retreat combining various complementary practices to free the body and mind from stress and toxins. This rejuvenating experience will bring you new, deep, and lasting energy, ready to transform into a vital surge, in perfect harmony with the summer energy.
Here are the proposed practices :

In the morning, an energetic awakening with Kundalini yoga, a dynamic practice combining powerful breathing, moving postures, active meditations, and vibrational mantra chants. This technology acts on the meridian-muscle-organ system and promotes the circulation of vital energy.
In the evening, it's time for yin yoga, with gentle, prolonged postures that release deep tissues (fascia, ligaments) and improve flexibility, particularly in the pelvis.
A dedicated meditation session will explore its benefits, validated by neuroscience. For yogis, meditation is about breaking limiting patterns and purifying the mind. We will practice active Kundalini yoga meditation, which combines sounds, breathing, mudras (hand postures that stimulate the meridians and nervous system), and concentration.
The yoga, the beauty of the place and the sea, create a perfect synergy. Synergy reinforced by a vegetarian, gluten-free and alcohol-free diet.
Open to all, this yoga retreat is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
Yoga Retreat Reset
Beth offers you a retreat offering a beautiful balance between dynamic practices (Vinyasa / Yang / Drills) and gentle practices (Yin / Pranayama / Meditation), for a real Yogic Reset before going back to school.
We will take advantage of the immediate proximity of the beach to practice sometimes on the sand, let ourselves be lulled by the sound of the waves, immerse ourselves in the oceanic breath, and reconnect with our deep nature.
Between movement to revive our vital energy, and time for pause, silence or contemplation, you will have all the space necessary to rediscover the infinite within you.
All this in a friendly and supportive atmosphere, without any pressure. If you'd like, we can delve deeper into postural teaching or discuss what yoga can do for you, well beyond this interlude.
This week is an invitation to balance and well-being that naturally come when we take care of ourselves, slow down, and let go of the "musts" and simply be.
Open to all, this retreat is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
