Spend 6 days surrounded by breathtaking landscapes for an aerial yoga and hiking retreat. Yoga classes will take place on Madeira's heights, at ZiaZen House : enjoy an idyllic scenery and reconnect with nature during your hikes on this subtropical island.

Discover aerial yoga and explore Madeira
This aerial yoga and yoga retreat focuses on well-being, healthy food and reconnection with yourself through the elements. Yoga, aerial yoga, hiking and walking meditation will help you find balance, surrounded by lush nature. Welcomed by Antoine and Cilene in their haven, you will discover Madeira's natural landscapes and history, taste homemade meals, get massages (optional) and go sailing in order to explore the island, with good chances of spotting cetaceans.
An accommodation in the heart of nature.
Nestled on the north coast in the heart of traditional countryside, ZiaZen house is a place where you can come to rest, to connect and to discover the true Madeira. Far from large tourist hotels, nature is abundant, making it a preserved haven of tranquility.
Managed by Cilene, masseuse and yoga teacher, as well as Antoine, mountain guide, ZiaZen house offers an original, welcoming and authentic experience.All located in Terra Batista, there are a total of 4 houses in which participants will stay. Homemade meals are prepared with fruits and vegetables from the garden. For your well-being, vegetarian, vegan and other dietary options are also offered. Everything is done to ensure everyone feels at ease and can live an authentic experience.
Between Madeira's summits, the Atlantic Ocean and its surf waves and the steam-press rum distillery, many sites and hiking trails are directly accessible from the house.

Madeira airport is : CRISTIANO RONALDO Airport Madeira FNC (formerly Santa-Catarina), located 20 minute by car.

For your transfer from the airport :
Transfers airport/ZiaZen house/airport are included. A person from the ZIaZen house can pick you up if you arrive during the day.
If you don't find any flight allowing you to arrive for the beginning of the yoga retreat, you can extend your stay at the house and arrive one day earlier. This is also valid for your return. (subject to availability at the time of the booking)

The rate includes
- The accommodation for one person for 5 nights in a shared double room
- Full board vegetarian meals with only dinner on the first day and only breakfast on the last day
