My experience
I've always had a passion for movement, so I started with dance. I studied at' INM in Le Mans, and then the International Dancing Academy in Paris, where I graduated with a state-registered diploma in jazz and contemporary dance. As a result, I started to feel the will to share and teach this passion very early.
I discovered Pilates over the years. I've been initiated into this practice when i was 20, but I started practicing it on a daily basis only in 2018, after surgery and several injuries.
This method helped me reconnect with my body, learn to listen to it and to gently take care of it. As I was impressed by Pilates' benefits, both on the body and the mind, I became a certified LF' Pilates instructor at Leaderfit
I eventually discovering yoga. Since I truly believe that a teacher is first and foremost an eternal student, I persued my career with a 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa Yoga teaching training certified by Yoga Alliance, followed by specializations in Yin Yoga, prenatal and postnatal yoga, as well as woman yoga.
My philosophy
My method is fluid, gentle and respectful of the body. To me, the most important things are listening and goodwill, so that everyone can evolve at their own pace, in harmony with their own sensations. I like to combine practices - dance, Pilates, yoga and floor barre - because they are complementary and allow a global wellness approach.
Nowadays, I teach in companies and associations, with classes open for everybody. I keep my goal simple : to offer to everybody a space where they reconnect with themselves, and regain mobility and wellbeing.
As Joseph Pilates says : « We are all the architects of our own happiness. »
