A few words about Michèle
Michèle, a former professional dancer, spent many years on stage, and developed a deep consciousness of the body, movement and alignment. This rich artistic experience led her to the Pilates method, a practice she has been exploring with rigor and passion for now many years.
Trained and certified at Scott Pilates and Bernadette de Gasquet, Michèle offers a specific teaching, which is fluid and respects the body's biomechanics, with a precise teaching method for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Committed to supporting her students in a global approach to well-being, she was also trained in sophrology by Catherine Aliotta and teaches Sophropilates.
Sophropilates with Michèle
This approach is aimed at complementing Pilates by adding controlled breathing techniques as well as positive visualization. The goal is to reinforce concentration, promote a better peace of mind and to refocus on yourself during sessions. These exercises can take place before or after Pilates, thus offering a dynamic and relaxing practice to release the accumulated tension.
