A transition retreat, honoring the beauty of the life that has been and celebrating the beauty of the life that will be, all while grounding in the magic of the life that is, here and now.
This year, choose to celebrate the New Year by daring to do something good for yourself. Take a moment for yourself by enjoying an alchemical program of yoga, meditation, chanting and a powerful reconnection with nature – both the nature around us and the nature within us.
A different kind of New Year's Eve, one that might resonate more with you than those we've grown a bit tired of, those we sometimes feel obliged to endure in a falsely festive but tense and superficial atmosphere. This year, we take the time to close 2024 and open the chapter of 2025 with new energy, a peaceful outlook, and a joyful spirit.
A rich and varied program centered around simplicity and alchemy awaits us at Maison Gioia from December 29th, 2024, to January 1st, 2025.

4:30 - 6:30 pm: Yoga practice and welcome

8 - 9 am: Pranayama and meditation

12:30: Lunch and free time
4:30 - 6:30 pm: Yin Yoga practice

8 - 9 am: Pranayama and meditation

3:30 pm: Nature walk
7 pm: Last yoga practice of 2024
8:30 pm: New Year's Eve dinner
10 pm: Year-end closure and wish formulation
11 pm: Mantra chanting and silent meditation to welcome the new year

Rates
Transportation to Maison Gioia is not included. The rates cover accommodation, full board (brunch and dinner) and yoga classes.

Access to Maison Gioia
Maison Gioia is an eco-friendly venue located just 30 minutes from Paris, easily accessible by public transport and major highways.
By train: Line H from Gare du Nord, stop at Montsoult/Maffliers
By car: Highways A16 and N184
Nestled in the heart of Nerville-La-Forêt, with its small Provencal village atmosphere, surrounded by fields and close to the magnificent forest of l’Isle Adam with its ancient trees, Maison Gioia is an ideal place to disconnect and reconnect with nature. The hotel has two outdoor spaces: the Jardin des Sagesses and the Cour des Mystères.
