The Region

Our seaside yoga retreat takes place near Royan, in the Charente-Maritime region of France. You'll be welcomed in an old mansion converted into a retreat, located in the picturesque village of Javrezac, surrounded by nature. Enjoy the proximity of the beaches, just 12 km away, and the Atlantic Ocean and dunes of the Côte Sauvage, 20 km away.

Morning:

8:30 am: Vinyasa Yoga or Hatha Yoga practice
10:30 am: Breakfast
Conferences on yoga-related topics

Afternoon:

Lunch at home or departure for the beach with packed lunch
Free time (weather permitting)
6:00 pm: Yin Yoga or gentle yoga class

Evening:

7:30-8:30pm: Dinner
Mantra and Kirtan in the evening

Non-French speakers are of course welcome! Eva can teach the classes in both French, Italian and English.
