Set off on a week-long yoga and pilates retreatimmersed in nature, in the exceptional setting of this large house and its swimming pool surrounded by greenery. We offer you a revealing and transformative experience that will help you take time for yourself and rediscover inner peace and calm. An invitation to live 100%, to discover and open up your body, heart and mind.
This yoga retreat is open to everyone, from beginners to regular practitioners.
The location: Domaine du Taillé is an ecolodge set in 100 hectares of wooded parkland in Ardèche. The estate is protected and conducive to rest, rejuvenation and a wide range of activities. You'll be staying in the Mas de la Nojarette, which is part of the Domaine but around 40 minutes' walk from the other rooms and accommodation.

Practical information
By car, here's the address: Mas De La Nojorette, Lachamp, 07600 Saint-Andéol-de-Vals.
By train, the nearest station is Valence TGV (HST), 2h15 by TGV(HST) from Paris. Then there are connections by Sncf "TER" bus from Valence TGV(HST) station to Aubenas in 1h50. From Aubenas to the mas, we'll organize shared cabs or carpooling.

Shared triple tavern with open-plan shower room (to be shared with room 7). This large, bright bedroom is below the living room-kitchen, with a staircase but no acoustic separation because the wicket door doesn't insulate. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.
