What is kundalini yoga?
Through the synergy and repetition of postures and breaths, kundalini yoga works on stimulating the meridian-muscle-organ system, a principle of kinesiology and some Eastern medicines.
We will restore the balance of our nature by circulating vital energy.
What is yin yoga?
Complementary to the practice of kundalini, yin yoga enables us to inhabit simple postures in which we remain for a few minutes. Gradually, the body releases buried tensions. Deep connective tissues, the fascia, are stimulated and hydrated. For better mobility and deep relaxation.

A typical day :
8-10am: Energy awakening with kundalini yoga and breathing exercises
10:30 a.m.: Breakfast - hearty brunch-style
Free time: activities including guided tour
5pm-7pm: yin yoga meditation
8pm: dinner
Patricia teaches kundalini and yin yoga in a variety of locations and formats (classes, retreats, workshops). Her teaching is enriched by her own practices: shiatsu, yin yoga, dynamic yoga, munz floor. Pranayamas (breathing exercises), meditation, free dance and singing are all part of the experience. Amandine is a Chinese energy therapist based in Orléans and Paris and enriches her practice with the teaching of Kundalini Yoga, which she sees as another energy healing tool. She will accompany you with kundalini yoga and yin yoga, which she will enhance with times of chanting and mantras,intuitive writing and sometimes talking circles.

Prices
Transportation to the port of Ischia is not included.
Prices (early bird rate valid up to 2 months before the start of the course) include: accommodation + half board (breakfast + dinner), transfers from Ischia harbor to the hotel (and vice versa), yoga classes, guided excursion with lunch.
