The center's founder : Sarva Atma

Guru Nitya Chaitanya Yati is the master of Sarva Atma. He called him Ekarshi Sarva Atma Mithra, which means the singular way, friend of the world. He is a yoga teacher specializing in the study of sacred texts such as Samkhya, Yoga Sutras, Upanishads and Bhagavat Gîta.

The Guru in India is what we call in the West a therapist or shamanic healer. His way of working is to actively go to the root of suffering to remove it. "Gu" means darkness or ignorance of his true identity, "ru" means to remove, clear. A Guru brings the person to the light, to consciousness and to Self-knowledge.

The teaching of Ekarshi Sarva Atma Mithra, your companion during this Ayurvedic cure India is part of the line (parampara in Sanskrit) of the school of thoughts of the Advaita Vedanta (non-duality) of Aadi Sankara and Guru Narayana, Guru Nataraja and Guru Nitya Chaitanya Yati. The essence of this teaching is that the pursuit of a person's happiness must contribute to the happiness of others.

The ayurvedic cure program in India

This Ayurvedic cure India Kerala lasts 14 days and is composed of yoga, Ayurvedic treatments, activities of all kinds or free time to discover the region.

Day 1 : Welcome in Kerala

Upon arrival at Trivandrum airport, you are greeted by a taxi from the center (flights not included). After about 1h30 drive, you arrive at the center for your all-inclusive India Ayurvedic cure.

You take possession of your rooms then, after a well-deserved rest time, you visit the center and its various places. You are also informed of the daily organization

Sarva Atma and her team welcome you with a welcome pot to exchange with the other group, who comes for an Abhyanga massage training.

Day 2 to 13 : Take place to ayurvedic cure

Your days will be punctuated by different activities and consciously organized by Ayurvedic art.

6:30 a.m to 8:00 a.m - Meditation and yoga during the sunrise

Imagine yourself at sunrise, surrounded by the tranquility of a peaceful landscape. You have the opportunity to start your day with a guided meditation, allowing your mind to calm down and refocus and practice the movements of yoga, where each fluid posture and each deep breath connects you to your body and the vital energy that animates it.

8:00 a.m. - Balanced and revitalizing breakfast

After your morning practice, enjoice in an exquisite breakfast, prepared with fresh and local ingredients. An assortment of fragrant teas, fresh fruit juices and tropical fruits await you, accompanied by an authentic Indian breakfast that awakens your taste buds and nourishes your body.

9:00 a.m to 12:00 p.m - Ayurverdic personalized cure

Immerse yourself in the ancient Ayurvedic tradition with personalized care that aims to restore the natural harmony of your body and mind. From soothing therapeutic massages to specific treatments adapted to your individual needs, each session is designed to eliminate tension, revitalize your vital energies and revive your inner radiance.

1:00 p.m - Lunch

After a regenerating morning, enjoy a balanced lunch where every bite is an invitation to nourish your body consciously and prolong the benefits of your morning cure.

3:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m - Enjoy your free time

The afternoon belongs to you to explore the surroundings that surround your ayurveda India retreat.

You have the liberty to personalized your experience :

• Free Time: take advantage of free time to rest, read in the library of the center of the Ayurvedic cure India...

7:00 p.m - Dinner

End your day in style with a dinner that celebrates the richness of local flavors and the benefits of Keralese cuisine. Each dish is meticulously prepared to stimulate your digestion, promote a restful sleep and strengthen your vitality.

8:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m - Satsang evening

It takes place 1 evening out of 3, alternating with a free evening and another evening with your companions for a sound bath. An evening of cohesion with the 2 groups (Ayurvedic cure and Abhyanga massage training) is planned by a "Heart to Heart meeting" - A unique moment to start the stay well.

Join the group to participate in a spiritual satsang with several themes of philosophical exchanges, spiritual and speech circles, sacred songs, Kirtan, music, dances, and sound journeys with bowls. Participation in the evenings is optional if you feel the need to stay calm.

It is a magical moment to share your experiences, laughter and joy with a caring and inspiring community.

Day 14 : comeback in France

Start your last day at the center of the Ayurvedic Cure India by enjoying a delicious breakfast that is served in a peaceful and inspiring atmosphere. You can enjoy local flavors and fresh ingredients while soaking up the serene atmosphere of the center one last time.

After this invigorating moment, depending on the schedule of your departure flight, a taxi from the center is at your disposal to take you to Trivandrum International Airport.

The course of the personalized Ayurvedic cure

Amrita Bindhu, the cure part of the center takes up the family tradition of Sarva Atma. Most of the plants used for care come from the garden.

Upon your arrival you meet the doctor who talks to you. The consultation is in English, the translation is provided by Sarva Atma (or another interpreter). After a physical examination supplemented by an interview, the doctor established a diagnosis and a care protocol.

Every day, you receive a daily treatment session lasting 1h15: an Abhyanga massage of the whole body with oil (made on site with coconut or sesame oil and prepared using Ayurvedic plants), plus a special treatment prescribed by the doctor. It can be: Dhara (oil on the forehead), Khizi (hot plant tampons), Sweating... It depends on your case and your state of health. This treatment lasts from 15 to 20 minutes.

You then shower in hot water and relax for a while before moving on to another activity. Every day the food is prepared on site based on vegetables, legumes. Very little gluten. Spices present but not spicy.

Care is provided by qualified and experienced staff. Women are massaged by masseuses and men by masseurs. Finally, at the end of your stay, you meet the doctor again for your assessment. People who wish to do so can go home with a continuation of the treatment.
