Jenna is a body-psychologist. Passionate about music from an early age, she discovered the sacred dimension of sound through yoga and Amazonian shamanic practices.
Her research focuses on the impact of vibration and movement on the body, the psyche and human relationships. Her teachings encourage renewed listening, curiosity, imagination and creativity to better understand our inner nature and restore the mind-body connection. She is a graduate of Kundalini Yoga (ANS), Yin Yoga (Wakamayo), Non-Linear Movement® and several schools of music and sound techniques (Eicar, Atla, Cim).
