Originally from India, Vrinda discovered yoga in 2021 in New Delhi. This activity became a true passion, to the point where she took an intensive training in the Rishikesh mountains, yoga's capital city, in order to expand her knowledge and practice.

She now lives in Carteret, Cotentin where she offers yoga group classes for 1h15, while respecting the Hatha-Vinyasa tradition : warm-up, sun salutation, series of postures, breathing exercises and relaxation.

Vrinda also offers Nidra Yoga sessions, a deep relaxation practice between wakefulness and sleep, as well as Yin Yoga which is a gentle and thoughtful approach where postures are maintained to release the deep tensions of the body.

Each class ends with a Tibetan bowls sound bath, providing a moment of harmony and calm.

Eventually, thanks to her Indian origins and culture, Vrinda brings something new to the table : she sheds authentic light on yoga and its cultural and spiritual significance through postures and practices.

Her goal is to guide everyone towards a healthier and more balanced life.
