Having practiced for over fifteen years, Annabelle discovered in yoga a path to freedom and balance. What was first a practice became a way of life, then a vocation. Certified in Yin yoga, restorative yoga and sound baths, she incorporates these practices in her sessions to encourage slowing down, softness and inner listening.

Trained in Vinyasa Yoga, she quickly turned towards perinatal care, particularly through the Gasquet Institute, to support women during this special period of pregnancy and postpartum.

Her classes blend fluid movement, breathing and guided relaxation. These sessions are an invitation to fully inhabit your body and cultivate your inner peace.
