Karin offers both dynamic and restorative classes, while respecting the capacities of the body and focusing on breathing, letting go, goodwill and happiness.

 

Her experience

She discovered yoga after struggling with back pain. The pain left, but yoga became a major aspect of her life. Her willingness to share its positive influence on the body and the mind made her want to teach it.

Trained in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga by Gérard Arnaud in 2014, she developed her expertise in this field with Nidra Yoga, Full Consciousness Meditation (MBSR cycles) and Yin Yoga. As a result, she spreads a type of yoga that focuses on body sensations, the connexion to the moment and the balance between the movements' alignment and flow, all synchronized by breathing.

Certified by the Yogatherapy Institute* in 2018 (IDYT - Dr Lionel Coudron), she highly believes in the power of yoga when it comes to health management.

The knowledge and passion she brings to the table make her classes both dynamic and restorative, while respecting the capacities of the body and focusing on breathing, letting go, goodwill and happiness.
