With Alice or Antoine, discover Pilates and Yoga sessions that are both dynamic and gentle, and always accessible. In each session, you'll find a balance of strength, flexibility and relaxation to start and end your day at the beach or exploring the island. Meditation and breathing exercises are also part of the program to soothe both mind and body.

In your free time, discover the island, take advantage of the hotel's spa treatments or relax on the beach.
Every day there will be a hearty breakfast and a gourmet dinner prepared by the Hotel Villa Sirena.

Day 1
- 4:00 pm: Welcome, tour of the premises and installation
- 6:00 pm: Yoga session (90mins)
- 8:30 pm: Dinner
Day 2
- 8:00 am: Pilates session (90mins)
- 10:30 am: Breakfast
- 6:00 pm: Yoga session (90mins)
- 8:30 pm: Dinner
Day 3
- 8:00 am: Yoga session (90mins)
- 10:30 am: Breakfast
- 6:00 pm: Pilates session (90mins)
- 8:30 pm: Dinner
Day 4
- 8:00 am: Yoga session (90mins)
- 10:30 am: Breakfast
- 5:00 pm : Pilates session (90mins)
Day 5
- 9:00 am: Breakfast and departure
Any free time can be spent on the beach, reading, cycling or walking, or taking a nap.
Practical information
Prices
Prices include: accommodation + half-board (breakfast + dinner), pilates and yoga classes. Transportation is not included.
To reach the island of Ischia from Naples Capodichino airport or Naples central station, take the Alibus bus to the port of Beverello, then a boat to Ischia, Casamicciola.

For the course from July 31st to August 4th, the last lesson will take place on the evening of August 3rd at 6.00 pm. As a result, the course will end on the evening of August 3rd, but the retreat will start on August 4th.
