Weekend program
Yoga practice : Guided by Sébastien, each session is designed for all levels. Explore gentle, revitalizing practices that combine yoga, Pilates, fitness, and meditation to achieve the perfect balance of energy and relaxation.
Meditation & Breathing : Let yourself be carried away by breathing and mindfulness meditation exercises designed to recenter and cultivate inner calm.
Healthy and Local Food : Enjoy healthy, organic, and vegetarian meals made from fresh, local produce. Savor every dish prepared with care to nourish your body and soothe your mind.
Nature walks : Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Burgundy hills during guided or solo walks. Breathe in the fresh air and let the surrounding calm inspire you.
Charming accomodation : Stay in a comfortable and authentic place, conducive to rest and renewal. The warm and soothing atmosphere of the accommodation will make you feel at home, far from the daily stress.

- 675 € per person for the double room ( 2 persons par room )

How to get there :
- By train: From Paris Gare de Bercy to Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire (1h50 journey). Transfer included at the station.
- By car: Approximately 2 hours from Paris. Detailed instructions will be provided after booking.
