Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned Yoga practitioner, the canadian Antoine Pommet has powerful and accessible practices in store for you. He'll be with you for every step of the stay with his unrivalled sense of humor and joie de vivre.
Meals :
You'll be welcomed into a magnificent 18th-century farmhouse near Grignan in Drôme Provençale. Surrounded by lavender and truffle oaks, this place offers beautiful rooms, a large swimming pool, communal areas and magnificent gardens. Enjoy the region's rich culture and gastronomy, with its famous truffles and AOC (Protected Designation of Origin) wines, as well as its hilltop villages steeped in history. Your hosts will be delighted to recommend some lovely walks from the Mas.
You'll stay at Hameau de la Margerie, perched on a hillside surrounded by holm oaks, meadows and lavender. In the heart of nature, come and discover seasonal landscapes as beautiful as they are soothing. Make the most of your well-being with this colorful holiday!
During the retreat, meals will be prepared together during culinary workshops with Caroline.
