My name is Alessia and I'm a passionate yoga and Pilates teacher.

My journey with Yoga began several years ago, when I discovered how this practice could transform not only the body but also the mind and heart.

After completing my Power yoga certified training program (250h), I went on to obtain my certification as a Pilates teacher. My experience, in fitness and artistic gymnastics, enriched my understanding of movement and posture and allows me today to develop a more holistic approach to body work

I like combining Yoga and Pilates to create a style blending strength, flexibility, focus and fluidity.

In my classes, you will find a practice that cultivates energy, stability and inner serenity. I offer a dynamic and fluid approach, aware of everyone's needs, emphasizing breathing, self-awareness and full presence in movement.

My goal is to create a space where everyone can feel welcomed, progress at their own pace and find a balance between strength, flexibility and inner peace.

For me, yoga is more than a physical discipline: it is a real invitation to slow down, to listen to yourself and to reconnect with what truly matters. I can't wait to share this journey with you and to guide you in your practice.
