I discovered meditation at Osho's ashram during a student trip to India when I was 24. As I wanted to practice yoga, I literally fell in love with kundalini yoga, which I've been practicing since 2003. I instantly felt its benefits and a deep connection to the heart and the soul.

I started teaching in 2013. When I discovered kundalini yoga, I also discovered tantra which combines the former with a therapeutic dimension and an initiatory aspect. At that time, I was going through a personal inner journey, rich in human experience, which helped me heal myself.

I also work as a holistic therapist, and I am glad to now be able to share all these tools in service of developing self-awareness of the body and emotions for greater inner peace and, therefore, greater outer peace.
