Frédérique-Laure Gouzon

After more than 15 years of classical dance training, including theater, music, drawing and modeling, Frédérique-Laure turned to Claquettes Jazz as well as Modern'Jazz and Contemporary.

Then, during 8 years at the Académie de Danse Classique et Modern'Jazz de l'Europe directed by Rémy Leblanc (Opéra Garnier, solo dancer with Compagnie Roland Petit), she discovered and familiarized herself with the Pilates method, then little known in France.
Fascinated by movement, energy and body language, and attracted by the complementary nature of different types of dance, Frédérique-Laure also trained for over a year in a leading Parisian dance school specializing in the teaching of Latin and tropical "social" dances (Cuban Salsa and Rueda de Casino, Puerto Rican Salsa and Shines, Cha Cha Cha, Bachata...). Connection, fluidity, listening to your partner, feeling, guidance... Teaching these couple dances, punctuated by numerous stays in Cuba, enabled her to discover other facets of movement, expression, understanding and energy management.
An exploration that she now pursues through the study of different types of Yoga such as Hatha Yoga, Integral Yoga, Yin Yoga as well as Face Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Ayurveda and Sonotherapy (gongs, crystal bowls, tubalophones, therapeutic dispasons...).
