Sport, health, yoga retreats by the sea?
In the summer of 2024, you'll start your day with a dynamic practice of Hatha Yoga, an opportunity to wake up your body and calm your mind.
During the day, you'll enjoy a sailboat trip, immersing yourself in a real sailing course while discovering secluded, peaceful spots on your week-long cruise. In the evening, after a busy day, you'll have the opportunity to practice meditation or yoga, offering a moment of relaxation and reflection. The sailing program will be adapted to the weather conditions, with the aim of sailing from anchorage to anchorage or port each day, with at least one 1h30 yoga session per day.
Meals will be prepared by each participant in turn. Allergies and intolerances will be taken into account when organizing menus and shopping.
Depending on the program and the wishes of the group, there will also be restaurant dinners.
Practical information
The price of €1,350 (early bird rate up to and including May 31st, then €1,500) includes : the cruise on a sailing monohull with a place in a shared double cabin, the sailing course and yoga sessions (depending on weather and space, from Sunday to Friday).
Single cabin rate (subject to availability): €1,800(early bird rate up to and including May 31st, then €1,960)
The price does not include: transport to the boat's marina, meals, fuel and any port stops. Please allow around 250 euros in cash for the common fund, to be given to the skipper on arrival (the common fund will be paid by the participants, not the skipper or yoga teacher).
We'll meet at the boat every Saturday to get together, draw up menus and go shopping for the week. The boat will be available for luggage storage and for raising the sails once everyone has arrived.
Our boat will be in the Portoferraio marina, and we can get there by train plus boat (all info here), or by plane (to Pisa) + boat from Piombino Marittima.
After a 6-day cruise, you'll return to the same marina on the following Friday.
A minimum of 4 participants is required for each cruise to be maintained.

At the time of booking, your credit card is taken as a guarantee but not debited.
For actual payment, you can choose between bank transfer, cheque, vacation vouchers or cash (cash can be given directly to the instructors).
Payment in 2/3 times possible.
As an option, you can take out comprehensive insurance or Cancellation. It amounts to 48€ and 79€. Please ask us for documentation.
