She immersed herself in the depths of yoga and ayurveda, becoming a certified RYT-500 teacher in India, specializing in the treatment of post-traumatic stress through yogic practices and yoga therapy. In addition, she holds degrees in Ayurveda and Panchakarma, bringing a holistic approach to her practice. She is also a 1st degree Reiki practitioner, adding an extra dimension to her therapeutic and holistic skills.    <\/p>\n\n<p>As a result, she founded and now runs Ikshana Holistic Wellness, a holistic wellness company based in France. Her commitment to mental and physical well-being is reflected in her work as a certified Trauma Sensitive Yoga facilitator through the Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga.
