And that changed everything.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She trained in <strong>Kundalini yoga<\/strong> with Armit Nam Sarovar in 2009. Based on her Kundalini practice, she was keen to learn about other practices and tools. At the Samasthiti studio, she has practiced Ashtanga, <strong>Yin yoga<\/strong> and <strong>Hatha yoga<\/strong>. She is also trained in Shamanic <strong>Yin yoga<\/strong> with Romulo Pelliza and <strong>Dynamic yoga<\/strong> with Godfrey Devereux, as well as in<strong> relaxation<\/strong> shiatsu.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She has been teaching full-time since 2018. A necessity and an obvious choice! In her opinion, passing on the tools of this art and science is a just and joyful action.
